In April 2011, Youngquist was elected Town Chairman. He served as a Town Supervisor when appointed in 2006 and then elected in 2007. He also represents the Village on the Neenah-Menasha Sewerage Commission and Personnel Committee and serves as a commissioner on Fox West Regional Sewerage Commission.

Since incorporating in 2016, Dale Youngquist has served as Village President. Youngquist is a Certified Public Accountant and member of WICPA and AICPA with an accounting degree from the University of Minnesota.
PERSONAL
A resident of the town since 1978, Youngquist and his wife Judy have two adult children and three grandchildren. Youngquist’s community involvement over the years has been extensive. He is currently an active member of the Neenah Rotary Club, where he has served as president and as a board member, a member of the Quarry Quest Steering Committee, and an active member of St. Gabriel Parish. In prior years he has served on the boards of the Fox Cities Children’s Museum, Red Cross (Outagamie Chapter), Reach Counseling, St. Mary Central Foundation, and as a member of the Neenah Noon Optimists, Neenah Breakfast Optimists, Neenah Knights of Columbus and the Jaycees.
Youngquist has coached youth football and soccer and to this day remains an avid sports fan, enjoying all sports but particularly football, baseball, and golf.

PROFESSION / VOCATION
Since moving to the Village in 1999, Mike has been an active resident. He served on the Town of Menasha’s Planning Commission Board for 12 years, serving as chair for a brief time. In addition, Mike joined the Sustainability Committee in 2008, where he served as the Committee Chair for 2 years. In June of 2012, Mike was appointed to the Town Board to fill a vacancy. Since 2014, Mike has been continuously elected as a Town Board Supervisor/Village Trustee. Mike is currently employed with Encapsys as a project manager.
PERSONAL
Mike and his wife, Lisa, have been married for over 30 years and have been happily living in the Town of Menasha/Village of Fox Crossing with their three daughters since 1999. Between the mix of urban amenities and rural feel, both feel it is the perfect location to raise a family. As his daughters were growing up, Mike has coached soccer, basketball and Lego League. As a Badger alumnus, both Mike and Lisa are delighted that all three of their daughters graduated from UW Madison. As an active member of St. Gabriel’s Parish, Mike is currently serving on the Pastoral Council, the Finance Council, and the Building & Grounds Committee. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, wood working and golf.

Kris was elected at a Special Election in June of 2016 and has served on the Village of Fox Crossing’s Board since then. Prior to his election, he served on the then Town of Menasha’s Planning Commission for 16 years before resigning to take his seat on the new Village Board. He was appointed to the Village Personnel Committee in 2020 and has served on the Sustainability Committee since its inception and has been Committee Chair for the last eight years.

Kris retired from Jack’s Maintenance Service as the Facility/Safety Manager in March of 2021 after 20 years of service.
PERSONAL
He and his wife, Marina, recently celebrated 30 years of marriage and have been residents and homeowners of the Town and now Village for over 32 years. They have three adult children, three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a three year old “puppy.” He has also retired from the music business after 45 years of entertaining people as a drummer and live sound engineer. His new found “extra time” allow him the opportunities to assist his wife in both domestic chores, maintaining their large garden and ½ acre property, and to be more involved in Village concerns.

Greg Ziegler was elected in April of 2008 to the Supervisor #3 seat, and re-elected Village Trustee 3 at a Special Election in June 2016. He is Deputy Secretary for the Fox West Regional Sewerage Commission and held a position on the Town of Menasha’s Individual and Business of the Year Committee.

Greg Ziegler is a highly regarded and respected Estate and Financial Planning Specialist, licensed in five states, assisting his clients with sound principles of retirement planning, estate planning and financial security for more than 26 years. Owner of Ziegler Investment & Insurance Services LLC, and Partner of The Estate Planning Group, LLC, along with Attorneys Kevin Davidson and Greg Van Evenhoven.

Greg has hosted the Estate Planning Show, a weekly live broadcast on WISN Radio, has been a guest speaker on other radio programs, and is a frequent speaker and presenter for programs and seminars on the topics of estate and investment planning.
Memberships have included: Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus Honor Guard, Boy Scout Leader, Church Usher and Server, Officer for the Valley Corvette Club, and a Proud Sponsor and Donator to the Veterans Honor Flight Program.

Greg has been a resident since 1977. He and wife Sharon enjoy car racing, antiquing, traveling, sports, along with enjoying time with family and friends.

Kate was appointed to fill the Trustee #4 vacancy in July, 2024. Prior to her appointment, she had been an elected official on the Town of Menasha Board of Supervisors. In addition, she served on the Police and Fire Commission.

Kate retired from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in January 2022 after 11 years of service. She has worked in both the public and private sectors providing expertise in Organizational Development, Training, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service.
PERSONAL
Kate and her husband Patrick have lived in the Town of Menasha/Village of Fox Crossing since 1988. They have been married for more than 35 years and have two grown children. Their children, both of whom have spent time abroad, have led their parents on many travel adventures and hopefully, more to come in the future.
Kate and Patrick love spending time outdoors doing everything from gardening to kayaking to outdoor winter sports. Since having more time in retirement, Kate looks forward to getting to know more residents in the Village as she provides leadership and experience serving on the Village Board.

Deb Swiertz was appointed to the Village Board as Trustee #5 in November 2023. Her journey in public service began as a Town of Menasha Park Commissioner, a role she held for an impressive 9 years. During her tenure, Deb’s passion for community well-being shone through, leading her to serve as Commission President for 2 years. In an instrumental role as Town of Menasha Supervisor, she played a crucial part in the incorporation process in 2016, leaving an indelible mark on the community’s development.

Deb Swiertz is a dedicated Paraprofessional and Junior Class advisor at Menasha High School.
PERSONAL:
Beyond the school hallways, Deb loves to garden and is an avid reader, finding solace and inspiration in the pages of a good book and the tranquility of her garden. Since 2005, Deb and her husband, Tim, have raised two accomplished daughters in the Village of Fox Crossing, where they’ve not only built a home but also woven themselves into the fabric of the community. Now enjoying the delight of grandparenthood, Deb cherishes family moments and values the importance of strong family bonds. Her commitment to community service is evident in her passion for volunteering and fundraising activities. Deb believes in giving back to her community and actively works towards making a positive impact. Whether it’s organizing events or contributing to local causes, she is a steadfast advocate for the betterment of her community. In both her professional role and personal pursuits, Deb Swiertz exemplifies a spirit of dedication, community engagement, and a love for nurturing growth, whether it be in the classroom, the garden, or the community she holds dear.

Hanson has served on the Town Board on and off beginning in 2005. Due to the incorporation of the Village, the Town Board dissolved causing her to lose her seat. Hanson ran again and was elected Trustee #6 in April 2017. She served as treasurer for the Grand Chute Menasha West Sewerage Commission and chaired the Town’s Individual and Business of the Year Committee.

Hanson, who retired in 2009, was a speech language pathologist in the School District of Shiocton. She continues to be involved in the school environment with substitute teaching. Along with her husband Lyle, she keeps busy by providing daycare for their grandchildren.
PERSONAL
Married to Lyle with two adult children, two in-laws, and five grandchildren. Mrs. Hanson was a member of the Fox Valley Technical College Board of Trustees and previously held the office of secretary while on the Board. Mrs. Hanson participates on her high school reunion committee and helps with other class reunions as well. She enjoys camping with friends, playing cards, and spending time with her grandchildren.
