Street Permits

If you wish to receive one of the following permits please fill out the attached forms and turn them into the street department by either emailing them to [email protected], mailing, or in person to the Street Department at 2000 Municipal Dr. Neenah, WI 54956.

We must also receive payment prior to issuing the permit.
