Stormwater Annual report

The Village of Fox Crossing is required by its Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit with the Wisconsin DNR to track annual long-term maintenance of stormwater management systems (e.g. detention ponds, biofilters, etc).  This includes stormwater management systems on private property.  Landowners are responsible for inspecting and maintaining private stormwater management systems to ensure they are performing as designed.

When a stormwater management system is built, an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plan is typically written for that site.  Inspections and maintenance of these stormwater management systems should follow the O&M Plan.  The Village of Fox Crossing has a generic O&M Plan that may be used if landowners do not have a copy of the O&M Plan that was developed for their site.  The generic O&M Plan can be found here:
