Temporary Tent Permit Application

Application must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to erection of tent(s).

The tent installer is responsible for obtaining the proper permit.

Permit is not transferable.  The permit may be revoked for any violation of Village or State codes, false statements, or misrepresentation as to a material fact in the application, or plans on which the permit or approval was based.  Failure to obtain a permit as required by the Village Municipal Code shall be cause for double the permit fee.
