Will beer garden be utilizing any type of open flames display? If yes, contact the Village Fire Department for regulations at 920-720-7125.

For New Licenses:

A Site Plan shall be submitted that meets the requirement of the Site Plan Review Ordinance, including the following information:

Property boundaries and dimensions
Land uses of adjacent properties
Distance from beer garden to property boundaries

Restricted Permit (limited hours) with residences 30'-50' from property line.

Regular Permit (closing of 2:00 a.m./2:30 a.m.) with residences more than 100' from property line.

Dimensions of the existing/proposed building and beer garden (storm water detention may be required based on amount of impervious surface)
Location and type of proposed fence, wall, or barrier
Location and type of lighting
Overall layout of beer garden, including seating and access to main building
