Will beer garden be utilizing any type of open flames display? If yes, contact the Village Fire Department for regulations at 920-720-7125.
Will amplified sound or music be utilized in the beer garden? Note: Noise will be regulated per Section §146-13B(7) of the Village of Fox Crossing Municipal Code.

For New Licenses:

A Site Plan shall be submitted that meets the requirement of the Site Plan Review Ordinance, including the following information:

  • Property boundaries and dimensions
  • Land uses of adjacent properties
  • Distance from beer garden to property boundaries

Restricted Permit (limited hours) with residences 30'-50' from property line.

Regular Permit (closing of 2:00 a.m./2:30 a.m.) with residences more than 100' from property line.

  • Dimensions of the existing/proposed building and beer garden (storm water detention may be required based on amount of impervious surface)
  • Location and type of proposed fence, wall, or barrier
  • Location and type of lighting
  • Overall layout of beer garden, including seating and access to main building
