Overnight Parking Request

Parking requests are currently received by our Communications Technicians during hours of operation, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. We ask that you submit your parking requests in a timely manner so as to allow adequate time to process the submission.

Parking on Village of Fox Crossing public roadways overnight is seasonally restricted per Village Ordinance 364-4(c).

During the months of November-March, overnight parking from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. is prohibited. During the months of April-October, overnight parking is permitted.

Permission can be granted, through the authority of the police department, to allow residents and visitors to temporarily park on the roadway during these times. To request permission, please fill out the form. 

As a general guideline, if there is expected heavy snowfall or poor road conditions that requires snow plow removal of snow and/or salting operations, overnight parking will NOT be allowed.
