Fee Type:

(Transient) FEE: $150.00 PER APPLICANT AND $2,000.00 SURETY BOND REQUIRED (101-5100-440.01-09) One application per seller. Any person who temporarily engages in the retail sale of merchandise at any place in the Village, who is not or does not intend to become a permanent merchant of the Village. Fee of $7.00 for a background check is included in the fee.

(Permanent) FEE: $42.00 PER APPLICANT (101-5100-440.01-09) One application per seller. Any person who, for at least six months prior to consideration has continuously operated an established place of business in the Village or in the Fox Valley area. Fee of $7.00 for a background check is included in the fee.
