Be sure you are properly registered: My Vote Wisconsin.
You may request an absentee ballot at My Vote Wisconsin. You will receive an e-mail notification of your request through My Vote. A ballot will be mailed to you within 48 hours of your request.
Another option is to Complete the Application for Absentee Ballot and mail it to:

OPTIONS FOR RECEIVING AN ABSENTEE BALLOT
BY MAIL no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the election. You are required to provide acceptable Photo ID the first time you request an absentee ballot by mail.

IN PERSON You may request and mark an absentee ballot in person at the Village Clerk’s Office. The deadline is the close of business (4:30 p.m.) on the Friday before the election (There is no in-person voting on Monday before Election Day). Photo ID must be shown each time you vote. You must vote immediately and return your ballot to the Clerk’s staff. No ballots may be taken from the Clerk’s office.
Absentee voting is conducted at the Fox Crossing Municipal Complex, in the Administration Offices, 2000 Municipal Drive, Neenah (County Highway CB & East Shady Lane).
E-MAIL or FAX: Receive a paper ballot by e-mail, or fax, no later than Thursday before the Election. (Voted ballots may NOT be returned via e-mail or fax and must be mailed).
BE SURE YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT ENVELOPE/CERTIFICATION CONTAINS ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW, OR THE BALLOT MAY NOT COUNT:
- Read “Certification”, and place your Signature and Date below.
- Your Witness must read the “Certification”, and place their Signature and Address.
RETURNING ABSENTEE BALLOTS
Fox Crossing uses a Central Count location for processing absentee ballots. Voted, sealed, hand-delivered absentee ballots are no longer accepted at the polls on Election Day and must be delivered to Central Count: Fire Station #40 – Training Room (Rear entrance), 1326 Cold Spring Road, Neenah.
Mailed absentee ballots must be received in the Clerk’s Office by Election Day, or hand-delivered to Central Count no later than 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
