Valley Road Sewer & Water Pipe Relay Project
Update 11/8/2024: Due to additional coordination needed with private utilities, the Village’s contractor is planning to start construction on Valley Road approximately 350 feet east of the Palisades Lane intersection. The contractor will be working east toward Appleton Road (STH 47) from that point. It is recommended that residents and businesses west of this starting point come from Racine Road. Residents and businesses east of this starting point can still access their area from Appleton Road (STH 47) for now, but as the contractor works east, it is recommended that access come from Racine Road. Further updates will be provided as needed.

November 6. 2024 to Spring 2025.
WHY?
Sanitary Sewer and water pipe relay by Fox Crossing Utilities. This project is required to be completed ahead of reconstruction of this section of Valley Road, which is anticipated to occur in 2026 by Winnebago County.
How to get around?
The primary detour route will be via Midway Road from Racine Road to Appleton Road (STH 47). It is recommented access to areas 1 and 2 on the map come from Appleton Road (STH 47) initially, as the contractor intends to start on Racine Road.
