Loose Leaf Fall Collection Program

This program is performed by the Village of Fox Crossing Street’s Department uses our own village leaf vacuums to collect curbside loose leaves (no bags) in the fall. The routes of pick up will coincide with regular garbage collection day during the weeks indicated “Leaf Vac” on the current Street Calendar.

Leaves must be placed at the curbside by 6:00AM on your collection day. The village will waive the ordinance to allow residents to place leaves out as early as possible for village crews to pick up more efficiently.

We try our best to collect leaves on the day of your garbage but that is subject to delay due to work load or weather conditions. In the event village crews cannot complete the collection route on your scheduled day, leaf pick up will continue the next business day. We appreciate your patience!

Remember — The burning of leaves is no longer permitted!
